The PC-1 tabletop poultry cutter offers the standard features of the more expensive poultry cutters suitable for use in restaurants, produce markets, or other food processing applicantions.

Excellent machine for cutting poultry, fish, rabbit, and duck. Applicable in large as well as small volume cutting applications.

• Its stainless steel frame shaft and ball burnished aluminium cover provide hygiene, ease of cleaning, and excellent presentation.
• Very easy to use and clean.
